The villa is one of 7 privately owned villas on the hotel compound formerly known as Inn on the Bay, across the street from Little Rockley Beach in Lambeau. Inn on the Bay no longer exists since it was demolished in March and they are now building the 5 star Indigo Bay hotel (made the news with the Tourism Minister etc.) I think there is a . My villa consist of 3 self contained apartments in what looks like a duplex house. on the ground floor is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apt with an open kitchenette/living room/dining room. Also on that ground floor is a secured storage area, an open storage area, the laundry room (washer, dryer, hot water heater, pump) and a built-in 4000 gallon water tank On the second floor are two 2 bedroom with en suite bathroom apts. Each apt has a living room, dining area and kitchen. Each apt leads out to a large veranda overlooking the garden (1 coconut tree and 2 julie mango trees), the sun deck and a pool (I closed down the pool because the hotel built a huge community pool for all the villa guests use). The villa is situated on over 8800 sq ft of freehold land (the other villas are on land leased by the hotel owners). The hotel compound is fenced and there are two security booths at each of the 2 entrances to the compound. As mentioned there is a very large community pool which is a favorite of all my guests. The villa is quiet, serene, private, has rental potential and is conveniently located to Scarborough, Shore Bay and the airport. From the front door of the villa you can see Claude Noel Highway and from the back door you can see the ocean. For someone wanting to live there full time it can easily be converted into one large home. One of my neighbors broke down the wall between the 2 kitchens, created an new open kitchen and now use one set of living room/dining area as the living room and the other set of living room/dining room as the dining area and den. The general belief is that when the 5 star Indigo Bay is completed the value of the villas will increase as well as the rental potential since the hotel will be marketing the villas to European tourists. This is the villa under renovation. It is well renovated.
